The Maintenance Manager forms a support structure to the Property Manager, Facilities Manager, and the Property Executive. Both the Maintenance Manager and the Maintenance Assistant are responsible for ensuring that daily jobs generated via the customer, or any other staff member, are executed on time, within standards and quality as defined by the organization. The execution of jobs must always consider cost control and expenses without compromising quality and standard. The maintenance manager therefore has a direct and influencing role on the cost of stock, and by association the management and correct utilization of stock.
