Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES: Mubea Tailor Rolled Blanks, LLC seeks a Maintenance Manager in Florence, KY. Lead maintenance department activities and ensure machinery and equipment are repaired and maintained on a timely basis; Direct, coordinate, and assist in performance of maintenance supervisor, and maintenance technicians' activities; Monitor operations of flex rolling mills, blanking presses, slitter machines, electro-galvanizing machinery, annealing processes, and weld cells used in the production of tailor rolled steel automotive components to ensure maximum equipment availability; Lead continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality and productivity; Track key performance indicators, including mean time to repair (MTTR), mean time between failures (MTBF), technical availability, and preventative maintenance completion and implement actions to improve KPIs; Evaluate facility equipment, including compressors, cooling towers, pump rooms,...
