Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring high equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Lead and manage maintenance operations across production lines and utilities
• Develop and implement asset care and preventive maintenance plans
• Ensure timely closure of work orders and minimize downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance costs

• Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
