Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with structural engineers to develop designs, budgets, and project scopes while managing on-site contractors for structural repairs, concrete maintenance, pressure washing, and overall facility cleanliness.
+ Partner with Facilities Management and external contractors to execute asphalt patching, crackseal application, sealcoat application, and ongoing trash collection services.
+ Coordinate directly with Facilities Management and contractors to plan and oversee major resurfacing initiatives, including milling, paving, and full-depth reclamation projects.
+ Audit elevator cleanliness and lighting infrastructure and coordinate necessary mechanical repairs with elevator contractors and Facilities Management.
