This is a critical leadership role ensuring equipment reliability, facility integrity, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
About the Role
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance function across all production units, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with GMP/GEP, and optimal performance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and play a key role in regulatory audit readiness.
