Maintenance manager

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Trade qualification (Electrical, Plumbing, or similar advantageous) 2–4 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality or lodge environment Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance Experience working in a remote or bush environment advantageous Valid driver’s license Key Skills & Competencies Strong hands-on technical skills Ability to supervise and guide a small team Good problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Physically fit and able to work in demanding conditions Working Conditions Live-in position at a remote lodge in Limpopo Required to work weekends and public holidays Hands-on, physically active role Comfortable working in bush conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
