Golding is looking for a Maintenance Leading Hand to join our Maintenance Team at South Walker Creek Mine, near Nebo. If you know your gear, can lead from the front, and want a gig with a solid crew — this one’s for you!
As the Maintenance Leading Hand, you will oversee and ensure the safe and cost-efficient completion of repairs and maintenance for the Golding equipment fleet. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead the maintenance team and keep jobs safe, on time, and up to standard
- Support the crew, mentor fitters, and jump in where needed
