Maintenance Leader: TPM & Line Reliability

Mondelez México seeks a maintenance leader to drive Planned Maintenance within a Continuous Improvement manufacturing setting. You will lead planning, process development and PM execution across lines, coordinating with technical and non-technical teams, key contractors and operations.

You will develop, own and execute line PMs, manage maintenance budgets, and partner with Asset & Reliability to reduce costs while ensuring safety and quality.
