The Maintenance Technician ensures reliable operation of production and facility systems by performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while maintaining accurate CMMS records. The role supports shift‑level leadership by helping prioritize work, assisting mechanics, and ensuring all maintenance activities follow OSHA and EHS requirements, ISO standards, and company safety procedures to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment.
**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES**
+ Provide shift‑level leadership by assisting in prioritizing breakdowns, PMs, and maintenance activities across the plant.
+ Assign PMs, routine tasks, and small projects as needed to support workflow efficiency.
