This position involves managing plant maintenance, mechanical upkeep, and project coordination, while ensuring adherence to maintenance procedures, and supporting equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 7 years of experience as a Fitter within an FMCG environment, along with 3 years in a supervisory role. A Trade Tested Fitter qualification and N4 Mechanical qualification are required. Strong competence in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, and demonstrated strengths in leadership, problem-solving, and communication will be beneficial.
