Maintenance Foreman

Purpose

The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance activities within the Fibreline and Nonwoven Production Line to ensure maximum equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and operational availability.

The incumbent will lead a team of artisans and maintenance personnel in executing preventative, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities. The role is critical in ensuring continuous production of polypropylene fibre and finished nonwoven geotextile products while minimizing downtime and maintaining compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and company standards.
