Maintenance Foreman Automotive Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team. Ensure maximum equipment uptime by planning and executing preventative and corrective maintenance. Lead mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance activities. Respond to production breakdowns and drive rapid fault finding and resolution. Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Allocate work, manage priorities and ensure completion of maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with TPM, preventive maintenance plans and legal inspections. Manage maintenance spares, tools and contractor activities. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO, IATF 16949 and company standards.
