Maintenance Fitter Technician

Principal Duties: The mechanical maintenance technician leads the production facility to ensure our systems and equipment are reliably operating. The technician will work to resolve production breakdowns and support the maintenance system by conducting root cause analysis to ensure they do not reoccur. They also play a key role in capital projects through equipment installations to improve reliability and output of the plant. When not required for maintenance breakdown work, maintenance planning or routine calibration and maintenance works, the mechanical technician will be required to assist on the production lines by understanding constraints and working with the team to achieve targets.
