Maintenance Fitter - Asset Care Artisan

Key Responsibilities: Conduct and coordinate all maintenance on machinery and equipment within the department Complete maintenance schedules and programmes for each machine in line with company requirements Build and maintain an inventory of critical machine spares Maintain accurate maintenance records in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality System standards Control and manage machine spares according to required standards Attend to mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns promptly Order necessary equipment and tools for factory operations when required Support production teams in achieving optimal efficiency levels Identify, recommend, and implement technical improvements where cost-effective Ensure all machines are properly serviced, maintained, and operating efficiently Be available for after-hours call-outs when required Ensure machinery is operational and supported during night shifts Minimum Requirements: N3 qualification or equivalent in a mechanical field Minimum of 10 years experience ...
