Maintenance & Facility Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of all store facilities, equipment, and technical systems. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and other store assets to ensure a safe and uninterrupted shopping experience for customers and employees. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned stores.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed according to company standards and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of store facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement measures to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
