Maintenance Facilities Tech II

Urgently seeking an experienced candidate for this position. Please read brief job description below. *Will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of both the inside and outside of all buildings and parking lots. *Responsible for cleaning, sorting and organizing of the inside and outside of the facilities *Emptying trash cans and replacing liners, mopping, sweeping, dusting, parking lot clean up, card board bailing, recycling ? Must be able to operate a forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack and other equipment ? Must be able to safely handle, operate and utilize various types of hand tools and shop machinery. ? Must be able to operate the cardboard bailer and bundle recycled products. ? Responsible to keep an open constant work related communication with Supervisor and Lead --Must be able to pass:
