Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Manage the business’s physical assets (buildings, infrastructure and equipment) at the Yountville site. Responsible for the successful facilities and maintenance preventive and corrective work programs, utilizing an on-site team and contracted outsourced service providers. Ensuring that infrastructure and equipment is safe, available, performs at its optimum, supports a top-notch guest experience, and maintains compliance.


Facility Maintenance

+ Ensure a facilities wide preventive maintenance asset-care program meeting Chandon stakeholders needs, placing an emphasis on customer service and reducing reactive work.

+ Ensure a successful repair request system with timely response including stakeholder alignment on priorities.

+ Ensure continuous update of the CMMS eMaint for recordkeeping, tracking repair projects and response times.
