This role focuses on providing high-quality maintenance support across modern residential properties, ensuring that buildings, systems, and units remain safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. You will work in a fast-paced, lease-up environment, supporting new and existing properties through hands-on maintenance, collaboration with a small on-site team, and consistent delivery of excellent resident service.
