Maintenance Engineer (Facilities Projects)

JOB DESCRIPTION Under the guidance of the Supervisor, Facilities, the Maintenance Engineer performs inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance to the interior and exterior. Maintains a proactive and innovative approach to repairs, troubleshoots complex maintenance problems, and develops creative solutions. Champions and maintains the brand standards during the course of their daily duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Completes tasks as assigned including but are not limited to: installing office fixtures, assembling furniture, door and mortise lock repair, drop ceiling repair, general wall repairs such as painting and drywall installation. Installs wall paneling and chair rails. and general maintenance.
2. Performs and completes all plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance including, copper/drain lines, fixtures and hardware, caulking, floor drains, toilet drains, urinal drains, angle stops and shutoff valves.
