What you will do
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate execution of Preventive Maintenance activities and arising corrective needs for the shift.Troubleshoot failures on equipment, mechanical systems, PLCs and drives, including programming, as needed.Drive a zero-downtime concept through loss analysis, fault diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.Participate in new equipment and automation projects for loss eradication, safety, and life cycle management, providing automation solutions and process improvements as needed.Ensure communication amongst shifts and facilitates SEA’s (Single Event Analysis) with shift maintenance techs.Update and maintain machine documentation in the Teams site as needed.Work with Inventory clerk to implement more modules of the E-maintenance system.
