Overview:
**Job Summary:**
The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to staff, as well as performs skilled technical services within specific trades, including Electrical and HVAC.
Responsibilities:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee the implementation of Park and Dept. Policies and Procedures
+ Maintain documentation of Training Certifications, Maintenance & Safety Standards, requisitions, etc.
+ Develop and maintain area operating budget, to include daily operation and rehab projects
+ Supervise department employees. This includes daily work assignments, scheduling, commendation, discipline, etc.
+ Ensure rides are maintained to the highest levels of Quality, Reliability and Safety possible
+ Regularly serve as duty manager for the department.
