Your Role

Your job is to perform the Service Contracts Renewal process and support the organization in New contract process, Be an active contributor to Lab Water Solutions Sales and Field Service Organizations and execute with success Lab Water Solutions priorities and goals.

Service Contracts Renewal Activity

• Direct contact with customers to engage the renewal and negotiate possible Upgrade or Upsell, in collaboration with key partners.
• Create the renewal quotations and process the contracts POs, agree on the follow-up action with key partners if contract will not be renewed.
• Ensure data integrity and manage My Milli-Q accounts using CRM tools, following playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Actively offer additional services and products.
• Deal with the admin part of Public Tenders and supervise the entire process in order to meet the Public Tender deadline.
