• Basic knowledge of lorry maintenance and parts
• Computer literate and good record-keeping skills
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mechanical Automotive or related field
• Responsible detail-oriented and proactive

Experience: Experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance administration is an advantage

Salary package: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with workshop mechanics and drivers
• Manage and maintain records for fleet of lorries (service repair inspection)
• Prepare reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs
• Track vehicle documentation (road tax insurance permits)
