We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join a growing maintenance team working across commercial and residential properties throughout London. This is a mobile role suited to someone with a strong carpentry background and broad maintenance experience across multiple trades. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- General carpentry and maintenance works
- Repairing chipped or damaged woodwork
- Installing and repairing doors, cupboard doors, and door closers
- Door adjustments and alignment
- Furniture repairs
- Installing shelves and window restrictors
- General handyperson and maintenance duties
- Procuring materials and equipment required for works
- Completing job sheets and reports via mobile app technology
- Travelling between sites across London
