Maintenance Assistant (Painter & Decorator)

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week; working 1 weekend in 5.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant with a background in painting and decorating to join our friendly and supportive team of six. This is a varied and hands‑on role, providing general maintenance support across the Bamford Collection, including our farm site and pubs.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out painting and decorating work to a high standard
• Supporting general maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Assisting with upkeep and repairs to ensure facilities remain safe and well-presented
• Travelling between the farm and our pubs when required
• Working collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team
