Maintenance Assistant

This is a hands-on, practical role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping a luxury property running smoothly, from general repairs to preventative upkeep across guest and back-of-house areas. Core Criteria: Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or general repairs role, ideally within hospitality Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and correctly Physically fit and able to work outdoors and at height where required Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team Good communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude Candidate Responsibilities: Carry out routine and preventative maintenance across the property Attend to minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Assist with pool, garden, and general grounds upkeep Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest and staff areas Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance stock level...
