Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Mainframe Storage Administrator for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ Manage the replication using tools like CSM, DSCLI.
+ IBM Utilities such as IDCAMS, ISMF, Dcollect
+ Support Disaster Recovery within Mainframe environment
+ Administer DFSMS (ACS routines, storage groups/classes), DFSMShsm (HSM policies, space management, migration/recall), and Catalog/ICF management (IDCAMS).
+ Partner with backup/recovery teams on policy, FlashCopy/Snap, DR readiness, and test execution.
+ Handle any hardware/software related MLC and code load update on both Tape and DASD systems.
+ Perform Data Recovery for Tape and DASD
+ Effectively collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, DRaaS Coordinators, clients, and vendors, while regularly updating managers on Drill status
