**Job Title: Machinist**
**Job Description**
The Machinist will perform a complex series of progressive machine operations to meet precise and close tolerance requirements. You will optimize machine processes, set up, and operate both manual and CNC machines to produce parts accurately and efficiently. Your role involves manually cycling machines through sequences, correcting deviations, adjusting machine speeds and feeds, and calibrating and changing cutters to ensure parts meet specifications.

+ Understand complex machine functions and troubleshoot operating difficulties.
+ Repair and correct basic machine issues, tooling, or replacement parts.
+ Review setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedure, machine sequence, and dimensions.
