Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a MACHINIST, Position Description Number D1493000 and is part of the 109TH AW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Responsibilities As a MACHINIST (WG-3414-12), you will serve as Shop Chief over a small organizational segment in a maintenance function with responsibility for the overall shop operation. One or more employees who perform work in the Machinist, WG- 3414-11, occupation are assigned to the shop. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: ENLISTED GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience or training that has provided the candidate with a basic knowledge of machining processes. Must have the ability to use drill presses, shapers, planers, and other types of associated machine tools.
