**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating CNC Haas mill and lathe machines in a clean, organized, and team-oriented shop environment. The machinist performs multiple daily set-ups, runs production, and conducts quality inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications and blueprint requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC Haas mill and lathe machines for daily production.
+ Perform an average of 4–5 machine set-ups per day, including tooling changes and offsets.
+ Interpret and work from engineering blueprints to produce parts to specification.
+ Adjust tools, offsets, and machine parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
+ Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
