**Responsibilities**
Own
**full job setups**
from drawings, sketches, and blueprints
Determine
**materials, tooling, speeds & feeds** , and machining approach
Run
**manual and CNC mills, lathes, saws, and grinders**
Perform
**test runs and in-process inspections**
to ensure tight tolerances
Work on a
**variety of parts (20+ regularly in rotation)** u2014no repetitive runs
Maintain
**clear, accurate documentation**
for quality and compliance
