Machinist

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and precision metal parts, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Lenexa, KS

**Pay Range:** Level II - $28-30/hour or Level III - $31-35/hour

**Shift:** 6am - 3:30pm

**What's the Job?**

+ Operate machine tools such as saws, lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts.
+ Review blueprints or specifications to ensure accurate production.
+ Calculate cutting or boring positions using measuring devices.
+ Monitor and control feed rate and speed for precision manufacturing.
+ Maintain safety standards and proper use of protective equipment.
