**Job Description**

This role focuses on maintaining and operating high-speed manufacturing equipment to support a fast-paced production environment. You will use your mechanical and technical skills to set up machines, perform repairs, and conduct both preventive and reactive maintenance, while closely monitoring safety, quality, and production output.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including high-speed press, assembly, metal stamping, injection molding, and packaging machinery.
+ Set up machines and perform changeovers to support different product runs and manufacturing processes.
+ Ensure reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
