Machine Setter - Double Days

We are looking for a Machining Setter to join a dedicated team with a company in Darlaston. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, supporting high‑tech, multi‑axis machining centres and advanced robotic equipment.

The role is looking for someone to take ownership of machine performance, drive process improvements, and coach team members within a world‑class manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support : Provide vital first‑line technical support to troubleshoot issues and minimise machine downtime.
• Setup & Changeovers : Efficiently complete product and machine changeovers to maintain smooth production flows.
