Machine Operator

(Ft. Worth): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a variety of production equipment in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Essential Duties:

Operate one or more of the following machines: 12' Press Brake, 20' Press Brake, Messer Oxy Fuel Burn Table, Messer Plasma, Controlled Automation Burn Drill Table, Python Robotic Plasma Machine, Engraver Machine, and 60' PULLMAX Press.

Monitor machine performance to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operation.

Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
