Machine Operator – Plant Machinery (2 Positions)
We are looking for two reliable and experienced Plant Machinery Operators to join our growing Airfields & Lining division, based in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to work on specialist projects across the UK and internationally, delivering high-quality surface preparation, airfield grooving, motorway grinding, and associated works.
Location: Lincoln, LN6
Salary: £45,000+ per year, plus bonuses, overtime, and enhanced international rates.
Key Responsibilities
Operate specialist plant and machinery safely and efficiently.
Carry out surface preparation, airfield grooving, motorway grinding, and associated works.
Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and client requirements.
Support the team in delivering projects to a high standard and within deadlines.
Maintain equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Travel extensively...
