**Job Title: New Hire Utility – Tube Mill Operations**
**Job Description**
This role serves as an entry point into a high-volume metals manufacturing environment, where you will learn to operate and support equipment in the tube mill and extrusion areas while handling aluminum products safely and efficiently. As a New Hire Utility employee, you will rotate through multiple departments, gaining hands-on experience in machine operation, material handling, quality inspection, packing, and general production support before eventually moving into a permanent department assignment through an internal bidding process.
