2.0 Duties and Responsibilities

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Be able to recall orders in computer system, set up, make adjustments, and to produce cartons to a level of 80% of that specific machine's capabilities.

Understand and ensure that all of the information on the factory ticket, print layout, and cutting die layout is accurate, and matches the order being produced.

Inspect anilox rolls for damage, before and after each run.

Inspect all cutting dies and printing plates before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.

Set-up folding rails and print and/or die cut sections of flexo accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques, ensuring all bolts on cutting dies are in place and tightly secured.
