For a manufacturing client based in Bolingbrook, IL, we are seeking a Machine Operator to work on site in a full-time, second-shift role. The position is structured as a temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and business needs. The Machine Operator will work Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., supporting production activities in a structured, process-driven environment. The role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English, and a strong focus on safe operation of equipment and adherence to workplace procedures.
