Job Title: Manager - APAC M&A (Renewables & Energy Storage)

Location: Singapore

A growing renewable energy platform is looking to appoint a commercially driven professional to lead M&A and project divestment activities across APAC markets.

This is a front-office, deal-focused role responsible for originating buyers, managing asset sale processes, and executing transactions across renewable and BESS portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination & Asset Sales

• Lead end-to-end divestment of renewable and energy storage assets across various stages (development, construction, and operating)
• Originate and engage potential buyers including infrastructure investors, IPPs, and strategic players
