M&A Integration & Disentanglement Director

The Global M&A team is located in Amsterdam. The M&A team has global responsibility for all Philips M&A related activities and consists of top-level M&A specialists with wide ranging backgrounds, nationalities and competencies. You are expected to work three days a week in our office. Occasional travel and flexibility with regards to working hours is expected, as workload fluctuates and projects are spanning global timezones.
**Your role:**
**1.** **Integration & Carve‑Out Execution**
+ Lead integration and disentanglement programs across the transaction lifecycle, including sign‑to‑close preparation, Day‑1 readiness, stabilization, and TSA execution and exit.
+ Translate deal objectives, synergy assumptions, and separation logic into integrated execution plans and realistic timelines.
+ Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
