Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence Business Area is seeking an M&A Finance Integration Manager to support pre-close planning and post-close finance integration activities for the Waygate Technologies acquisition. This role will be key to ensuring Day-1 readiness, stabilising finance operations during transition, and enabling a successful long‑term integration. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep finance expertise with a hands‑on mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate across people, processes, systems, and geographies in a fast‑moving matrix organisation.
