E360S is searching for a dedicated lawyer with 2-3 years of M&A transaction experience in a reputable firm. You will partner with business leaders, handling transactions across North America. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, considering our active operations in Québec.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all stages of acquisition transactions
• Negotiate and draft purchase agreements
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments
• Identify transaction risks and create recommendations
• Provide post-closing support for obligations
Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized law school
• Active member of the Ontario law society
• 2-3 years of advisory experience in M&A
