Minimum requirements: 3 years' M&A experience within an investment bank. Strong experience in the Metals & Mining sector is essential. Excellent financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring skills. Proven ability to develop business and originate mandates. Experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or Commercial Banking will be advantageous. Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
