Core Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any computer stream (3-4 Yrs)
• Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience.
• Should be able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative.
• Should carry a positive attitude towards business problems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in all Microsoft 365 modules and features, including device management.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security & compliance features, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating and managing Microsoft 365 services.
