Reporting to the Head of People Development, you'll strategize and implement Lyft’s technical learning initiatives. Your role includes managing compliance training and documentation for software engineers, enhancing learning experiences, and embedding AI upskilling in every program. Engage closely with teams across Lyft’s technology organizations while ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business goals.
