Luxury Villa Operations Lead

Anantara Hotels & Resorts at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort invites applications for a leadership role within the Rooms Division. You will work closely with the Rooms Division Manager and Front Office leadership to identify training plans and elevate service standards across villa host teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining property knowledge, monitoring daily arrivals, and coordinating with housekeeping, room service, and guest relations to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
