Luxury Travel Consultant, Arabic & English Speaking

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for our premium customers, delivering high-quality customer service during overnight hours .
• Advise premium customers via phone and email in Arabic and English .
• Process customer requests end-to-end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements, restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports and cultural events), spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services.
• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.
• Prepare tailor‑made travel offers and documents , create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes.
