Luxury Spa Operations Manager

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is seeking a seasoned Spa Manager to lead our spa team and uphold the highest luxury standards across the property. You will drive revenue, manage operations, and ensure guest experiences meet the Anantara signature level of service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury hospitality, strong P&L and selling skills, and proven leadership. International experience is preferred, with a passion for fostering teamwork and staff development in a premium Dubai setting.
