Luxury Sales Director – Dubai Pre-Opening (MICE & Leisure)

Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah is opening as a luxury seafront hotel with 366 rooms. We seek a Director of Sales to shape the hotel’s commercial success from day one, leading all sales and marketing activities across Luxury Leisure, Corporate, MICE, and High-End accounts.

The role requires a proven track record in luxury sales leadership, Dubai market knowledge, and pre-opening experience. You will drive commercial strategy, teams, and revenue targets in collaboration with GM and HQ counterparts.
